App Error 523

My BB fliped... I tried to restart the system and the screen is white with a small message: App error 523 "restart". How do I reinstall the factory settings? Since I can't do anything with the phone, can I use the computer to install everything from scratch?

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry® smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:

Doesn't work..... The computer can't establish connection to the phone... Tries and tries and tries...
