My bold 9780 just went dead with App Error 603 - Reset. Well it is impossible to reset it.
I use blackberry protect so all my data 'should' be in the clouds
My question, is it possible to recuperate the data on something else than a blackberry?
Can I do it online? where is it stored?
I am kind of lost and no good answers to my needs on the forum so far.
What do I need to do to get my data back?

Sorry those Backup that are stored on BlackBerry Protect can only be restored back to a BlackBerry Device only ,
Regarding your issue with App Error 603 , have to tried anything to recover that device ? If not try using the application loader to load the OS back on your device :

Also refer to this Knowledge Base related to that specific error :
KB23951 : "Error 603", "App Error 603", or "JVM 603" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone
