App Error 603 - Reset ... and various other continuous issues

Hi, My Bold 9790 is unresponsive, gets a App 603 - Reset error message, resets and then keeps giving me the following errors:

App Error 603 - Reset

Uncaught Exception: java.lang.nullpointerexception

Uncaught Exception: java.lang.error

Uncaught Exception: Application Registry.waitfor (0xf405d42294c6940e)

Uncaught Exception: Application Registry.waitfor (0x7491f7b6ae80681a)

Uncaught Exception: Application Registry.waitfor (0x2c3+ebcd7b130582)

I have already on 3 different occasions taken out the battery and sim card and memory card (just in case) and evertime it starts up it gives me the same errors.

Can anyone please assist?

Kind regards,

Anneli

Re: App Error 603 - Reset ... and various other continuous issues

Hi, Thank you. I will try this.

Unfortunately the last time that I backed up on Blacberry Protect was in October 2012 ... so one learns.

Kind regards,
