Unfortunately, all methods require you to be able to receive an email...this is for security purposes. Since you put an invalid email into your BB ID when you created it, you clearly cannot receive any emails for the account. Hence, you really have no easy method to correct this problem.
If you have no fee-based purchases in AppWorld, I'd recommend just abandoning the old account and shifting to a new one...that would be the simplest method to get going again.
But, if you have purchase records that you need to keep record of, your only option to fix this is via formal support. Contact your mobile service provider, patiently explain your circumstances, and request that they escalate you into RIM AppWorld Support...it will require human intervention to fix this given your circumstances. And the only method to receive that support is via escalation into RIM from your carrier.
