Re: App World Problems

Hello laurauhlman and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with BlackBerry World.

Are you using a Mac or Microsoft Windows computer? What web browser are you using?

What type of BlackBerry data plan do you have - prepaid or monthly service? If you were to access BlackBerry World on your device are you able to download and install apps?

Is your device connected to a Wi-Fi network?

Thanks!
