App World Web Plugin Error
i am using curve9300
An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again.
would also like to knw where i can find the content protection on my blackberry curve 9300

Try connecting to App world after connecting your device to WiFi.
There is an alternative for your problem to resolve.
What you do is connect your BlackBerry Smartphone with USB cable to Internet enabled desktop/laptop.
Go to the link mentioned below:
On top right of the page there is a option "Sign In".
Login with your BlackBerry ID and password.
From here you can download all as you do it for Appworld.

I use the BBM only plan (Rs. 129/-), offered by my service provider Airtel.
So obviously i cannot access internet/App world from my blackberry.
my only option is to update my BBM app online connecting my bb to Internet enabled desktop
i tried the steps you suggested but still i get the same error given by janizy
