App World doesn´t appear

I tried several times to install App World but is does not appear. I got a error message:

uncaught exception: no application instance

Please help

I replaced  4.0.0.63 with 4.0.0.55.

But it does not work. It´s the same error message, after the restart. "uncaught exception: no application instance" and th OK button

btw: cause 2: the screen is in the ALL panel home screen

 

What can I do also?
