App World freezes with "authentication" screen

I recently sent my Torch in for repair and was given a brand new one. Ive set my emails and bbm etc up but I have tried to download an app from app world and after i put my email and password in, the screen freezes with the message "authentication..".


Ive tried to change my details on the website and had o2 sent me an email to confirm my email, but it still freezes!!!!


Its very frustrating!!! Can anyone help please?
