App World receipts

I simply use a visa debit, no paypal. 

I have never once received a receipt but I believe that is because it's probably defaulted to my hosted Blackberry address. Anyway I went to set that up today and it wants me to set up a forwarding email address as Blackberry is going to stop with the hosted email... no biggy. I logged in fine but then it asks for the password again when you are setting up the forwarding, but now I get "the username and password combiniation don't match" error.. now I have went over it 30845830498503948 times and it's correct... 

I just need a **bleep** receipt because I was charged double for some music yesterday.. ARGH.

We can only provide suggestions but Bell can actually activate your email for you.  Not trying to pass the buck here but they would be more suited to help you in this case.
