App World web Plug in error

 

An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again

 

 

 

i tried already restarting my device ang enabled content protection still this one occurs, whats wrong? i also already checked my USB and it is not broken because everytime i connect my phone via usb on my laptop i can use my black berry desktop please help Smiley Sad

Do you have an active BlackBerry data plan with your carrier? Do you have BlackBerry App World installed on your BlackBerry smartphone already?

run app world from ur bb once and try again or downgrade ur appworld to older versions
