App error 200 Reset

I was out walking in the rain, and got my blackberry wet through. Dried it, put it in a container with rice, (Not cooked ), but when it powers up I still get the same message, App error 200 reset.  Help please??

This issue can be fixed by reloading the BlackBerry® Device software via force detection.  Follow the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144
