App error 200

Help! My bb bold 9900 previously had frozen in the load up page for a week. I connected it to the charger tonight and now it fully loads but instead of starting up a white screen with the message 'app error 200' comes up. How can I get the data off this phone? I don't really care about the phone as my contract is up on Monday but the phone holds all my information and I really need to get it back.

Also with any app error or JVM error present on the BlackBerry smartphone, you will not be able to backup your data.
