I need some help from a blackberry worls representative ...
I instaled the trial of BizTrackIt a few days ago and decided almost imidiatly that it was exactly what I was looking for.
I went back and bought the app which promptly installes as expected.
(I was / am installing to the device from a PC browser)
App world > My World - tells me the software is instalrd and shows the purchase date ...
1 - 2013-03-03 - App - BizTrackIt - Shrunken Head Software - £7.50 - £0.98
However the app, on the device, although working shows no licence info and is teling me that the trial will expire on the 8th.
I have removed and reinstalled but it didnt help.
Instructions, in the app, talk about a site on which a licence key can be purchase / retrieved but the site no longer exists.
Please help ASAP ... its not just the purchase price, I realy need thei app or something very like it.

I fixed it .... Although it took 2 hrs and 3 reboots.
Type in bad licence key to break app, leave it that way.
(Data is getting cached somwhere, wanted to force key prompt)
Remove the app using desktop software. (Reinstalling from here or with a PC browser not helping)
I had to update BB World manually using WiFi connection and link provided in the help artical describing how to get it back when an update fails. I also cinfirned the timezone which was suggested elswher.
Update over GPRS was consistantly failing.
Once BB World 4..... installed reinstall app from My World.
LIcence key offered on popup screen after install. Saved same.
Type in key to app on apropriate screen
All is now well !!
