App world Blank screen on comp and error on playbook


I'm having trouble re-installing my paid apps on my playbook after a full wipe. I put my account info in, but my apps don't show up. Then when I go to try and purchase an app I've already paid for, it says 'Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again.' The wifi connection on my playbook works fine, as I can browse the web and perform any other internet-based task. 

Then I went to the app world site on my laptop to see if there was a problem, and every time I log in, it just brings me to a blank page and won't load anything... 


Any suggestions at all would be greatly helpful, as I've lost over 50$ in apps Smiley Sad
