App world and ID issue

I just upgraded ID and now App world is not working. please solve my issue. presently my app world version is 4.3.0.32

Hey faruqmax,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

I suggest removing BlackBerry World by going to Options>Device>Application Management.  Highlight BlackBerry World and press Menu>Delete.  Restart the BlackBerry smartphone and then go to www.blackberry.com/appworld/download and re-download the application and restart one last time.
