App world installed is not sync with the actual in device?

I was upgrading BBM to the latest version using Blackberry App World.  After it is finished, App World shows the correct version.  The next day, using Blackberry Desktop software, I restored only 'content store' from a backup in PC.  Suddenly, my BBM version is downgraded to previous version.  I opened App World in attempt to upgrade it to the last version, but App World shows that I've installed the latest version of BBM.  I would like to know how to sync App World with the actual version in device?
