App world not working

Hello all, I have a storm 2 9550 on MTS Mobility running v5.0.0.517.  I can not get appworld to work anymore on my phone.  I have tried  the suggestions on the boards and still have no luck.  App world installs but when I start it it just stays on the loading screen when I try to start it.

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

When you open the BlackBerry® App world application do you receive an error message or does it just display loading? Also have you removed the application from Options, Advanced Options, Applications and then reinstalled?

I have done all of those things you asked about multiple times and it just displays "loading" when I try to activate it.

I would suggest to do a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here:
How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry® Device Software for Windows

Please test before restoring any data to the BlackBerry® device.

Thank yopu for your help this seems to have solved the issues I had
