App world won't open

Good day
I have a Blackberry Torch 9800. My app world worked fine until a few days ago, the icon is on my menu, but it just won't open. I deleted it, restarted and reinstalled, but still the same thing.
Please any help?

is there an error message?
have you logged in "BlackBerryID" in the device options before launching AppWorld?
