App world

After updating to app world I got a msg that "Blackberry Identity" need to update...I tried the update and was told the update could not be done and I should try again later...that was 2 weeks ago...I've reset the phone...deleted and re-installed app world and the same thing is still happening....PLEASE ME!!!!

Delete the ID at the core menu at the options and restart the phone and go to app world and install it again and this will work

Could you hellp me out too? My username won't work for blackberry I,D I've tried resetting my passwork and username. But still can't seam to log in to blackberry I.D. I would like you up date some of the apps I already have. ???
