AppWorld is not available in your country

Hello,

 

Are there any chance to add Ukraine to the list of supported countries?

You should be lobbying your service providers in your country, as it is them who must sign agreements with RIM to provide the support for AppWorld.

Actually it would be good to have a possibility to buy the software from the App World. Or just download freeware applications. I can't explain why I am buying the software for my Macs from around the world but have to search for the torrents when it comes to BB. Is the word 'silly' polite enough?

 

And yes, I am buying from Crackberry.com, too.

Hello again,

 

Carrier finally said that Ukraine was not added into the RIM's 2011-2012 plans for AppWorld support. How can this be true if carrier is only one who responsible for adding AppWorld?

So I have a few questions:

1. Where I can read official info about who is responsible (RIM, carrier or somebody else) in adding support for the particular country?

2. How I can contact RIM's support regarding the topic?

RIM today is just like Nokia few years ago. Considering their dynamics during the last year I think they are doomed. Has-beens.

Anyone can confirm that App World is finaly enabled for Ukraine?

It works for me now but I can't find Ukraine in the list of supported countries: Link
