Application Loader

I have a problem with my blackberry bold. "Reload Software: 507".. But the thing is, I've tried to use the application loader to start fresh, but when I try to do so, I can't get pass the part 'connecting to boot ROM'.. There'll always be an error to it. What should I do?

The error means you are missing your operating system.

Use the link below to restore it. Read install the OS and restore.

Use JL_Cmder to wipe your device clean.

 

Then Upgrade your device OS as mention here.
