Application purchased

Hi everybody, I'm a new member of the community and I have a problem.

Ten days ago I purchased the App Advanced OS and Led Pro paying through the carrier (AT&T), everything worked fine until I had to download  an upgrade of the version. The message that I was receiving was "There was a problem installing Advanced OS and Led. Please try later". I tried several time but nothing, changed, then I tried to reinstall it but now App World shows me the app as if I have to buy it again. How can I fix the problem since I have the purchase receipt? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

 

My phone is a Torch 9860 OS 7.1

That's a great app!

 

AppWorld refresh
1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and press "RST"
or simply press the Menu key > Refresh list

You should see the app listed now in your UNinstalled list.
4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot

Do you still have the purchase receipt email?

 

Contact your mobile provider tech support and explain. They handle the billing, they can refund and you can repurchase.

 

I'd try the MyWorld refresh again anyway.

Yes I still have the receipt, I'll try again with the refresh otherwise I'll contact the carrier trying to have a refund. Thanks a lot for your help
