Application re-installation issue

Hello,

 

I purchased two apps on my 9310 curve in the blackberry market. I cant re-download the apps because i have been having bbm setup issues. I reset the old bbm pin i had on my android under the same email used to purchase in bbm market and, basically re-setup my blackberry under a new pin in which, dose not populate or register on my device do to my network. I used the same email account and paypal payment however, when i try to download in the market, im blocked. Im able to download free apps without issues. My device bbm shows []removed[]

 

I downloaded a later bbm 6.2 and, i get the bbm screen but, my contacts are still pending authorization and, the device bbm pin []removed[] didnt change.  The orders i have are:[]removed[] DoMail  []removed[] Card dialer 

 

Please help
