Apps Timing Out

I upgraded my 4.3 to 4.5. It appears to be corrupt. because no one else is having the problems with some not all apps. timing out. Verizon techs don't know the answer. How do I uninstall on phone so that I can try again?

Does it still show the 4.5 as being installed under Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel? If not, then you can download and install the OS again. When you go through the Application Loader this time it will reload the OS on your phone.

Yes!! Just thought of that. You are so right that is where I deleted it from so I just need to follow those steps again.  Gotcha!!! I'll get back with you.
