Apps World does load

I have a torch 9000.  Tried to down load an app.  Had to upgrade App World first.  After installing, nothing. Icon is gone.  Wasted an hour trying to find solutions on line.  Tried them ALL.  Uninstall.  Hard reboot.  Soft reboot.  Removed battery will BB was on, did fresh download, etc.  No progress. Need help. Thanks.

Hi there,

Try doing the following:

1. Go to Options > Device > Application Management and find App World in the list. Highlight it, press the BB Menu button and select Delete.

2. Reboot your BlackBerry by performing a battery pull.

3. Redownload App World from http://blackberry.com/appworld.
