I hope this is the correct forum for this ...
I just purchased a BB Curve 8520, loaded the desktop software. Tried syncing the outlook contacts to the phone, but I get an error. I have tried searching BB's website as well as google, however I cannot find a solution to this error.
Error code - 0x8386000b
Can someone please help

Same problem! I find it unbelievable that there is NO REFERENCE to this error code anywhere on the web, much less on RIM's website!! I have gone bonkers trying to synch with Outlook on both my laptop and office PC. Neither will work. SOMEONE PLEASE ADDRESS THIS! Without a non-RIM-proprietary backup, I'm leery of keeping my Bold 9930!
