i have gotten a new blackberry 9360,when i put my sim in and tried to set it up my bbm told me it was "Associating BBM with you Blackberry ID", and has been for hours. o2 customer services reset it but still no different. i have removed the battery in and out a couple of times and still no different? help?

I assume you have BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS already on your account , if not then call you carrier to activate that. it fix your current issues with BBM7.
If you already have that ( BIS ) on your account then you can try this to see if that help . First On your Homescreen go to Options > Device > Application Management > Delete BlackBerry Messenger from the list ,

Then perform a Battery pull restart by removing the Battery while your device is Powered On wait for a min. then re-insert it back.After reboot from your BlackBerry Browser browse to www.blackberry.com/bbm and the most recent available for your device .After reinstalling see if that helps
