Re: Attachment Question

How do you receive e-mails? Are they being forwarded via the Desktop Redirector or do you have your e-mail accounts set up directly via your Handheld device or the BlackBerry Internet Service web site? Also, what kind of attachments are you having issues with? Pictures, music?

Re: Attachment Question

Are you linked to BES server or are you using BIS?  The attachments don't come down with the message when it is delivered, you have to click for the menu and request them to be brought down.  If you are linked to a BES server and you have moved the message to local .pst, it is not longer where the BES can access it to get the attachment.

Also note that only certain attachment types are viewable on the BlackBerry.
