HI I have been trying for over two weeks to get my BES to connect to the server with no avail. My IT department has reset my password and they also cannot get it to connect. In the meantime I must pay for a service that is not working.

As this is dealing with a BES server you are best working with your IT team. However, if you can provide more details of what is happening someone here may be able to help - error messages etc. Its very hard to to help when you just say it will not connect.
