Playbook app purchase. A error comes up with code 11100 after I approve the purchase of an app.

Hello,

 

I don't find anything with code "11100", but I do find "11000"...is that perhaps right? If so, then refer:

  • KB28192 "(ErrorId: 11000)" occurs when attempting to purchase applications from App World or change payment information

If not, then you can search the KBs for the specific error...you might need to try different search criteria:
