BATTERY PROBLEM

Hi my blackberry bold 9780 shutsdown even if the battery is 80%. again wen i start the fone it shows low battery or sometimes it shows about 25%battery.

when i keep it in charging the fone gets charge upto 20% and then the battery suddenly shows 100%. and wen i use it for about an hour it shows battery drained shutting down handheld.

plzzz help what to do?

How old is your device and have you tried with another battery to see how it reacts ?

 

 

You can try a OS reload to fix any issues with device software , if problem persist then you might have to replace your battery . Refer to this Knowlede Base for help :
