BB 2 Outlook sync problems

If I add a caldendar item on my Bold it doesnt sync with my Outlook.

If I add a caldendar item on Outlook it syncs okay with my Bold

 

I have checked the settigns and they appear correct.

 

Anyone have an idea for this BB newbie. Thanks

Welcome to BlackBerry Community.

 

Which service you're using? BES or BIS?

 

If you're using BIS then device to calendar sync is not possible wirelessly. You have to do it manually.

 

If you're using BES then contact your company's BES admin. He'll be able to solve it.

Hi,

 

I am new to all of this. I think I am using BIS. My email is POP3

I simply connect my Bold with a usb cable to my desktop PC and on the BB Desktop Manager, sync it,

Like I say it syncs Outlook to Bold okay, and adding contacts or memos seems to work okay both way but any entries I add to my Bold in the caldendar are not sync'd
