Hi everyone, hope someone can help.
I've got an old 7290 which has always worked well with TMobile. The contract was expensive and I recently switched to Virgin PAYG on a SIM only deal. Now I hardly ever get any network connection and when I do, I get texts & voicemail messages several hours after they were sent.
I'm sure Virgin's coverage isn't really this bad - with another type of phone I get adequate coverage. I presume there's some incompatibility between my BB & the Virgin network. Is there a setting I need to adjust, do I need to get a new BB or switch to a different PAYG network?
