BB 8320 not going on stand-by when placed in holster

We have 4 Blackberry Curve 8320 in our account, and they all go on stand-by when placed inside the holster except for one.

Is there a setting to change this in the phone ? I've tried pulling the battery out to do a reboot and still nothing. Thanks in advance for your advise.

Welcome to the forums edcaimos Smiley Happy

The holster has a magnet located inside. The phone has a sensory system of some sort that detects the magnet and automatically goes into standby to conserve power. I don't think there is any setting to prevent or make the phone go into standby with the holster. It is automatic and should work without any setting change on your phone. Have you tried a different holster? Maybe the magnet inside a particular holster isn't working or is not correctly aligned with the phone's sensor. If not, the phone is quite possibly faulty and you could try to get an exchange if you are still under warranty.
