I recently bought a BB 8830 WE and the box says it is Wifi capable and the website (blackberry.com) also states this as a WE feature. I couldn't find the option on the phone so I asked a couple of people about it and they told me it's not wifi capable.
Can somebody please tell me if this is true or not? Because the box says it has wifi connection and if it doesn't, i feel i've been ripped off.

I don't have the box right now, but here's a screenshot of the website when I click on "devices".
Now ur gonna tell me "the 8820 is part of the 8800 series". But the information is displaying features for the 8800 SERIES as if it where for all 3 devices, it's not saying "these features are only in one of the 8800 series devices". I think it's a pretty smart and low method to deceive customers, and I'm sure this is a legal conflict since ur putting this lie on the website.
The 8800 series doesn't support the Wifi, the 8820 does.
See the difference? I will act on this.

Yes, the 8800 series includes any device that starts with 88xx. Did you notice the * next to WiFi? Two lines lower it indicates that the * means Select Models Only. If you view the 8830 specific page, from the drop down menu, you notice that WiFi is not listed. Hate to tell you, but there is nothing misleading about their documentation.
