Also apart from your Office wifi have you tried over any other wifi network .

Is it an Open or Password Protected ? Are you entering the router by correct Password , If you are having issue only over your Office WiFi then you need to talk your IT Desk , Or try a Diagnostic tool it will allow you to the problem is where :

Try rebooting your device , Inaddition Go to Manage Connection > WiFi Network > Press the Menu key > Options > Reset your WiFi setting , then re add the same and see if that allow Or else you have to Contact your Office administration to know if they have some restrictions .

The problem is not within your device or the setting but it your Office WiFi which is not allowing you to enter there router, They might have some encryptions or Restriction which is blocking . On Manage Connection > WiFi Network > Press the Menu Key > Troubleshhot > WiFi Diagonastic > On that screen You should see a local IP address, gateway address, DNS , Did you see those .

I am able to see the ssid.. ap mac address.. security type.. but m nt able to see the local ip address.. and the error its showing is unable to obtain the ip address
