BB 9300 Signal sign is "OFF"

Hi,

Since yesterday i noticed my BB 9300 signal sign is "OFF". I tried switching it off, removing the battery and sim for a few seconds and switched it on again but still the same. I already went to my service provider to check on my sim but it worked on other phone. They gave me a new sim maybe the sim has the problem but when in used the new sim still the sign is "OFF". I even tried using a different sim but still it didn't work. What should i do? what is the problem?

Thanks

Anna

Re: BB 9300 Signal sign is "OFF"

It would only show 'off' if you untick mobile network on 'mobile connections'
Make sure it's ticked go to the top of your home screen and and press it. Pick the box beside 'mobile network'.

Or, you can go to your Manage Connections screen > Mobile Network and turn on your mobile network there.
