BB-9320 - bluetooth desktop connection problem

Hello, we have troubles with setup communication to BlackBerry Desktop using Bluetooth.
We are unable to enable Desktop Connectivity in bluetooth options.
 
Phone is after FactoryReset - no IT policy.
On same laptop it work´s with BB 8520 and 9700 - > 9320 device problem.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Can you please verify that this device was not re-activated on a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server after the IT Policy was removed? Can you also please verify in Options > Security > Security Status Information that no IT Policy is listed?

If this is the case, is the BlackBerry® Curve™ 9320 smartphone on the same network provider as the other BlackBerry® smartphones?

BB is without BB service activated... used like normal phone.

On BB9700 and 8520 after factory reset is this option available.

any update? Solution? Seems like device sw bug?
