Good day all,
Nice seeing so much information on this forum.
I took hrs and hrs to find a solution for my problem. but couldn't find it........
So what's the issue....
I bought an 10 months old BB 9320, legally and worked well exept the fact it was sim-locked from the provider.
That has been unlocked without problems.
As soon I installed BB Desktop Software it mentioned a Software update, So I did.
This did not work well as the phone kept restarting, nothing to do anymore, so I re-installed the old version back.
It had to restart constantly for about 45 minutes and then it worked again.
After searching I found IT Policy enabled.
I managed to do a factory reset, and from that moment the phone has it's own will, It won't start normally anymore.
Either application error 200, or constantly restarting.
I can access the phone, re-install soft but at let's say 80% it resets itself during the update proces.
Is this a issue only the provider can resolve?? (that's Orange Romania).
Or has any one an idea to help me out.....
Looking forward to get this issue resolved.
