But what I dont understand , every thing goes smoothly, When the BB reboot it get stuck . I think it might be a memory issue and has nithing todo with the OS.

could you clarify what you mean by 

"Bare Bones OS Reload Procedure"   please ?

What you suspect is entirely possible...but it is also impossible to truly diagnose at an internet-distance. Rather, the techniques I've provided you are the things that you can do to try and remedy your situation without seeking in-person hardware-level support. If you choose to ignore these suggestions, then you drop out of all that I've provided and are left with only one thing -- in person formal support, which may well come at a fee to you. I'm trying to give you things that might solve your issues, that you can do for free. But it's your choice as to what you choose to do.
