BB App World Network connection error

I am unable to login into BB App World.
I have rebooted my curve 8530 and removed the battery.
I also tried removing the BB App World application from my phone and reinstalled it.
I keep getting the same error message:
BB App World is having trouble connected to the BB App World Server.  VErify your network connection and try again.
PLEASE HELP!!  Thanks!!

Tried both options and still not working. I'll call Verizon @ service plan.
