BB Appworld Golden Thumb Games

I have a BB Curve 8330 replacement phone. Didn't know that I neede to write down the ID number. Thought user name, password, and email was needed. Now that I have reinstalled the game on the new phone, I can't sign into my account. Please help me?  Thanks       Gemini51

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

 

If the game is successfully installed on your new BB and the issue has to do with somehow logging into the game, then the issue must be addressed by the developer...I suggest you contact them. (PS -- I'm not at all sure exactly what you mean by "ID number"...hopefully you aren't referring to the activation code that is issued by AppWorld...that would potentially be a different resolution path.)

 I downloaded the latest upgrade for my Blackberry 8330, I can't access GT blackjack or slots because it is asking for my user ID which is a numeric only number.  Anyone know how to access Golden Thumb support to get assistance with getting this information?

Go to app world - my app world, highlight the listing for GT blackjack and then click the menu button and go to GT support.
