BB Bold 9780 Redial Issue

Hi Everyone,

 

I purchased my Bold 9780 in Thailand in June 2012. I have now returned home to the UK. When I call a dial a new number from my keypad no problem. If I try to redial the number from my previous calls list ( hitting the green call buttton my BB automatically adds +66 (Thai country code) to the last number dialled. So now when I try to call a last number dialled the call can't connect........

 

Any one have a fix or some advice to the settings problem I have?

Please check your Smart Dialing settings:

  • KB20595 How to turn off the Smart Dialing feature

Rather than "unknown", you may instead wish to change it to the UK.
