Having a mare bridging new playbook to 9780. Can sacn barcode etc but been advised I need to then 'add new tablet' but there is no such prompt given within BB Bridge app on phone! HELP

Can you please verify that Bluetooth has been enabled on your BlackBerry Bold 9780 smartphone and on the BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet and that they are both set to discoverable? Could you also please provide the full version of the BlackBerry Bridge app that you have installed? This KB article may assist you with the connection.
