i am having trouble with accessing my sync id . it doesnt allow me to change . and the address book belongs to different email id.. want to change that too. pl help...

You Mean " BlackBerry ID " ! Why are you unable to access your BlackBerry ID, If you forgot the password you can reset it ,refer to this Knowledge Base :

Thanks for your Clarification ! Please Follow the Knowledge Base Sdgardne suggested , it will allow you to add your Own BlackBerry ID . And FYI that " Sync ID " is the BlackBerry ID that is associated with that device. I hope you have already created your own BlackBerry ID , if not refer to this Knowledge Base :
KB24062 : How to Create a BlackBerry ID.
After following the KB Sdgardne suggested, it will allow you to add your own BlackBerry ID on that device , and any email account that you need to add. In addition refer this Knowledge Base on how to add a email address with BlackBerry internet services
KB02189 : How to associate email address with BlackBerry Internet Service account.
