Hi good morning. Ya I have done email set up thru this.. Now I got email from bis that to sync your calander and contacts..pl veryfy thru your email setup which may be called security check..but now when I got to set up and ty to access email nothing happens...
Morning ! You have to verify the email account that you used , which email account you used Gmail, Yahoo ? are you unable to access that email account from your desktop PC !

i know u have to veryfy.. but i get email from bis to verify on the my phone. goto setting and setup email from there.. thats the thing i cant access from my phone.. when i press that nothing happens.. i dont know how t veryfy that account from desktop..i am sure u ahve to veryfy from the phone for security.....i believe..is there is another way pl let me know.. thanx.

Please let me recap what I thing is going on here...please validate and/or correct this...
Is all of that correct? If so, please first conduct the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Now, to configure calendar/contact sync, you can also do this via the carrier BIS website from a PC/browser...but, of course, only for compatible email servers...please confirm the email server you are using, as it may even not be possible if you are not using one that is compatible.
