BB Curve 9300 problem.


I'm from Turkiye and my provider's name is Vodefone. Last Month, I went to technic service, Teleservice while  My phone's trackball was not running. They said me "your phone will change with new one" but I still can't take back and they said me "We are waiting BB's firm. Because they don't send new phones"

So what can I do? Could you please help me?

Unfortunately, yes. Still on technical service center.

Sounds like the repair centre is out of stock on track pad replacements parts and are waiting for the order to be shipped over.

Or they awaiting for refurbished handsets to replace the device.

I'm sure it will work out, just some patience needed.
