BB Curve 9320-Ongoing Problems

Hi, would greatly appreciate some help and advice. I have a BB Curve 9320 and am getting very frustrated with its performance to date, I got it because I previously had a BB Pearl and LOVED it. I am a huge fan of BBs but am getting very disappointed with my latest one. On numerous occasions I have had friends and family ask why my phone was switched off and going straight to voicemail, at the time it was not switched off. Following numerous 'tests', it took for me to remove the battery and reboot the phone for it to rectify the issue. Then, last week I took it out of my handbag and it was red hot, to the point I had to drop it as it burnt my hand.

Please help as I don't want to be unfaithful to BB.

I would suggest doing a clean re-load of the phones software or updating it through Desktop Manager on a PC or Laptop, below is a link to download Desktop Manager
