BB Curve 9320 Reboots

My bb curve 9320 keeps rebooting itself randomly about 6 times a day maybe more.

 

i have bought a new battery and new memory card but its still doing the same thing. 

 

I done a software update on blackberry desktop but that hasnt helped.

 

Anyone know anything else i can try?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.

 

If the behavior ceases in Safe Mode, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.

Thank you.

I put it on safe mode it turned off again and wont go back on now !

I havent downloaded anything new i have deleted stuff but thats it.

If you cannot run stable in Safe Mode, then you are left with more drastic remedy attempts:

 

Hopefully you already have a good backup, as it is unlikely you shall now be able to take one.

I have the same problem with the 9360. I had the problem with an older phone(same Model). The replacement has the same issue. It is horrible. It happens when talking to people for more than a few minutes. Is it the carrier? The phone? It is awful. Why do I stick w Blackberry?
