BB Curve 9320 not booting - not entering safe mode

I have a 4 month old B Curve 9320. It is not able to go past the boot screen (black screen with Blackberry written and a thin progress bar). The loading icon appears briefly after the completion of the progress bar and then phone restarts itself. I tried starting it up in the safe mode as well - by holding down the escape key. But the phone restarts after flashing the disclaimer text. I don't get a chance to select "OK" and go past the disclaimer.

I have not done any software updates or changes and the phone is in original shape. The wet marker is still blue indicating that there has been no dampness either. The phone was working well until last night.

I have not yet tried plugging it to the computer software.

Any advice is welcome please.

Thank you.

Re: BB Curve 9320 not booting - not entering safe mode

Hey agrharsh,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

I suggest following the steps in KB article to bring the BlackBerry® Curve™ 9320 smartphone back to life: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
